Each child's team works from one treatment plan. Pick the role that fits your education and experience.
Work one-on-one with children at home, at school and in the community, putting their treatment plan into practice and encouraging healthy growth.
Provide evidence-based, child-centered and family-focused individual and family therapy in homes and community settings, building routines that help through transitions.
Design and direct each child's behavior intervention plan, set goals, track progress with data, and guide and supervise BHTs and Mobile Therapists.
IBHS happens where kids are. Most of your day is spent with children and families in real-life settings, backed by a team at our Lewisburg office.

Yes. BHT candidates with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree complete the 40-hour online RBT training, which we provide.
Yes. BHT and Mobile Therapist roles are offered both full-time with full benefits and part-time with flexible schedules.
With children and families in homes, schools and community settings across Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Montour and Columbia Counties.
IBHS serves children, youth and young adults from birth through age 21. Your caseload depends on your role and location.
